I saw on a Avrey catalog they offer brush aluminum. Does anyone know if I can use this for interior trims? Is it stretchable for those curvy interior trims? If avrey wouldn't work is there another company out there that sells something similar? This is what I'm trying to do

I have a customer asking me for clear vinyll? I thought about clear bra but then I read what he was trying to do and knew ppf wouldnt work. He is trying to sharpie his hood with an oil base sharpie and then have the vinyl cover it so it wont wash away or fade. So if I was to apply ppf it would wash off. Does clear vinyl exist and if so who makes it and where can I get it from. Whats it called? Thanks, -Sam

I go onto a couple of sign forums and on one, uksignboards, there is an article by 3m, in the article they state the C/F is suitable for wrapping bonnets, roofs, mirrors etc but the main supplier, Wm Smiths, they do not warranty the 3M C/F for vehicle wrapping. Anyone used it for wrapping and any good or bad stories. Bob

Training
by Guest datdude- 1 reply

Looking for a place to get formal training. Read through the entire forum and not really and specific places. Looking for a hands on training for 3 to 5 days. I have no need to learn the design part as I work for a company that designs them but no longer wants to install them. I know you are going to say why not have them train you but I want to go and learn from the true professionals as they have only installed a few and do not want to deal with it. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks Jeremy

Hey All, Well this is my first post here on the forums, so I might as well make it as decent as possible! I have been interested in doing PDR for about a year now and I have finally started getting things in place so that I can do a course in it within the next few months. I originally heard and gained interest with PDR as a I have a friend in England that makes an awful lot of money doing it. He has been doing it for about 4 years now and does very well, financially. I too am from the UK but I live in Los Angeles most of the year, therefore I am looking for a good course to do, (preferably a 1-on-1 course with someone who is respected and decent within the PDR indu…

Flat Blue or Flat Black Wrap - Tucson, AZ
by Guest kay9- 2 replies
- 1.7k views
Hi Folks, I have a 04 Dodge Ram Reg Cab (Atlantic Blue) and I am thinking of having it wrapped in flat/satin/matte black or blue. It will be single color with no graphics. I have only tried one place so far and was advise it could run 1700 or so dollars which sounds pretty good. That also list on thier site that they are the only Fellers Certified Wrap Provider in Southern Az Anyway I am not to sure on what I am asking here but I am wandering is flat colors are available out there instead of black? Also does 1700 sounds like a good price? Thank you kindly.
