I took a wrap class from Oracal last month and have been practicing with a 54 inch roll of unprinted material they laminated for me. I have decided on the Roland sp 540 printer but need to learn some graphic design before plunking down the money. I have flexi sign but don?t know beans about working with it! What programs work the easiest for designing wraps? I could ask a million questions but really just need someone to help me get started. I started an online photoshop class last month from a local community collage figuring I had to start somewhere!!!! Don?t really know if it will help Just call me Grasshopper flatrockstan@yahoo.com

well the product is called "slamwrap" from speedgraphics, not a full wrap of course but it's good enough for me and my 35' donzi. I had them custom oversize this graphic. also did a similar blue/chrome tribal design on the jet ski.

Hello everybody, the car wrapping is pretty popular in the Germany (and some more areas in Europe) so I wonder because I?ve never heard much about it in the States? Is anybody working with the car wrapping films? ( I don?t mean films for digital prints). Just films to change the color of a car without a regular paint-job. Wonder why it (seems) not to be a big buisness in the States - are the customers to picky? This post has been promoted to an article
